A florist’s business is a clock. Requests come in. Arrangements go out. If intake and operations do not connect, the owner becomes the system.
CAS takes the order in. OAS runs the repeating path around it: confirmations, vendor notes, the admin that used to live in a thread next to the flowers.
Buy the system under the site. That was the brief, and that is what was installed.
