A youth organization with a door that has to take in families and a floor that has to run programs. We installed the systems under the site — intake, follow-up, and the desk that keeps the work moving.
The Club did not need another brochure. Families arrive with a question. Staff have programs to run. The install sat on that desk: a public surface that points to working intake, and operations that do not live in a private inbox.
CAS takes the work in — membership and program interest land somewhere a person can name. OAS runs the operations side: documents, handoffs, and the repeating admin that used to sit next to the real job.
We worked where the Club already lives. No platform login from us. If a step did not land in the stack, it did not ship as installed.
